About

Built by people who ran support on Discord.

Tixora was born out of frustration — patching five different bots together to run customer support for a commercial FiveM resource. We built the tool we wished existed.

Our story

Tixora Studios started as a small dev team building resources for the FiveM roleplay community. Like most creators in that space, we were duct-taping ticket bots, verification scripts, and spreadsheets together to handle customer support. It worked — barely.

The problems were always the same: no transcript archive, no way to verify a customer had actually bought something, no SLA visibility, and a dashboard that agents refused to use because it was too slow or too confusing.

So we built our own. Then a few friends asked to use it. Then their friends. Tixora is the result — a proper SaaS product designed from scratch for teams running real support operations inside Discord.

What we believe

Support should be a product, not a workaround

Discord communities deserve real support tooling — not a bot that someone hacked together in a weekend. We build Tixora the way we'd want to use it ourselves.

Serious teams deserve serious tools

SLAs, verified-customer flows, transcripts, automations — these aren't enterprise luxuries. Any team charging real money for a product should be able to run real support for it.

Multi-tenant by default, not by accident

Every guild is fully isolated. Data, billing, branding, and roles never cross workspace boundaries. We designed for agencies and commercial sellers from day one.

Boring infrastructure, interesting product

Edge SQLite, HMAC-signed APIs, AES-256-GCM for secrets, per-tenant query isolation. We sweat the security and reliability details so you don't have to.
