Getting started
From zero to your first ticket in under ten minutes.
Invite the bot to your server
Click the invite link and grant the bot the required permissions (Manage Channels, Manage Roles, Send Messages, Embed Links, Read Message History). Select the Discord server you want to manage.
Sign in to the dashboard
Visit the dashboard and sign in with Discord OAuth2. You'll be redirected to the workspace picker, which lists every server where you have Manage Server permission.
Sync roles and channels
Open your workspace and go to Setup → Resync from Discord. This caches your server's roles and channels so you can reference them in panel and category settings.
Create your first panel
Go to Panels → New Panel. Give it a title, description, and brand color. A panel is the embed that appears in your Discord support channel — it's the entry point for ticket creation.
Add categories
Go to Categories → Add Category. Each category becomes a button on your panel (e.g. Bug Report, Billing, Pre-sales). Set the support track (Customer or General), claim channel, and optional intake form.
Publish the panel to Discord
Select the target channel on the panel settings page and click Publish. The bot posts the embed immediately. Users can now open tickets by clicking a category button.
Setup checklist
